Ingredients of Vegetable Soup Recipe
- Cabbage - 50 gm
- Jackfruit - 50 gm
- Green peas - 50 gm
- Capsicum - 1
- Onions - 2
- Tomatoes - 100 gm
- Ghee - 1 Tablespoon
- Black pepper powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Coriander leaves - 1 Teaspoon
- Corn flour - 1 Tablespoon
- Mint leaves - 1 Tablespoon
- Grated cheese - 1 Tablespoon
- Finely chopped mix vegetables - 50 gm
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Water - 2 Cups
How to Make Vegetable Soup
Step 1: First of all collect all the vegetables and boil it in 1.5-litre water.
Step 2: When all vegetables boiled thoroughly add it to the blender and blend it.
Step 3: Now in a pot, add one tablespoon ghee. Then add finely chopped mix vegetables to it and lightly fry it.
Step 4: Now add previously blended vegetable, salt and black pepper powder to the pot.
Step 5: Then take a bowl and add water to it and add one tablespoon corn flour to it and mix it well until it becomes a thick batter.
Step 6: Add this cornflour mixture into the pot and mix it well. The corn flour makes the soup thicker and tasty.
Step 7: Boil the soup for 5 minutes.
Step 8: Remove the soup from the heat and serve it on a bowl.
Step 9: Garnish the soup with coriander and mint leaves and grated cheese and serve hot.
