Ingredients of Vegetable Cutlet Recipe
- Leftover vegetable sabji - 2 Cups
- Grated cheese - 3 Tablespoons
- Bread Crumbs - 3 Tablespoons
- Oil for frying
How to Make Vegetable Cutlet
Step 1: Heat sufficient oil in the pan.
Step 2: Meanwhile, place the vegetable sabji in a bowl, add cheese and breadcrumbs to it. Mix all well.
Step 3: Make equal sized balls, roll them and press them and shape them into a patty.
Step 4: Deep fry them in hot oil over MEDIUM flame until it turns golden brown.
Step 5: Serve this delicious cutlet with ketchup and green coriander chutney.
