Step 1: Preheat your oven to 475 °F and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Step 2: In a small bowl, add 1 bar of cream cheese and allow it to soften for an hour.
Step 3: On a chopping board, slice the peppers and remove the membranes and seeds; leave some seeds behind if you prefer it spicy.
