Ingredients of Sweet Corn and Potato Gratin Recipe
- Fresh corn - 2 Cups
- Peeled & sliced medium potatoes - 2 Pounds
- Medium thinly sliced onion - 1
- Butter - 3 Tablespoons
- Refined flour - 2 Tablespoons
- Minced garlic cloves - 2
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Whole milk - 1 Cup
- Cream-style corn - 1 Can
- Bread crumbs - ¾ Cup
- Cheese - ½ Cup
How to Make Sweet Corn and Potato Gratin
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 °C.
Step 2: In a large saucepan and heat two tablespoons of butter and add onion slices to it then sauté it until it turns light golden.
Step 3: Now, add refined flour, garlic, pepper powder, and salt to it and stir it until blended well, then gradually add milk to it.
Step 4: Now, add potatoes and cook it for 8-10 minutes on LOW flame.
