Ingredients of Sabudana Kheer Recipe
- Milk - 2 Liter
- Sabudana (sago) - 500 gm
- Sugar - 200 gm
- Almonds - 40 gm
- Cashews nuts - 30 gm
- Rose water - 3 Drops
How to Make Sabudana Kheer
Step 1: Add sabudana in a bowl and add required water to cover it and soak it for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Now, in another add milk and sugar and let it boil.
Step 3: When the milk starts boiling add soaked sabudana and few drops of rose water and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4: Keep stirring in between. Boil the sabudana until it becomes puffy and translucent.
Step 5: Remove the pan from the heat.
Step 6: Add sabudana kheer into the bowl and garnish it with chopped almonds and cashews and serve hot.
