Ingredients of Palak Paneer Recipe
- Spinach - 3 Bunch
- Onion - 1
- Ginger - 1 Tablespoon
- Green chilies - 3
- Turmeric powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Paneer - 225 gm
- Ghee - 2 Tablespoons
- Ghee for deep frying - 3 Cups
- Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Palak Paneer
Step 1: Chop the onion, ginger, and chilies finely.
Step 2: Chop the spinach finely, add ½ cup of water and a pinch of soda bi-carb and boil it.
Step 3: Blend the spinach into the mixer to a puree.
Step 4: Cut the paneer into small pieces and deep fry in hot ghee.
Step 5: Heat the ghee in a pot and fry the onions for a few minutes until it becomes translucent.
Step 6: Add the ginger, green chilies, and turmeric powder and again fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 7: Add the spinach, paneer, salt, and garam masala and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 8: Once ready serve it hot with paratha or Chapatti.
