Ingredients of Fresh Mint and Ginger Lemonade Recipe
- Chopped mint leaves - 3 Tablespoons
- Rind of lemon - 2 Cups
- Ginger-ale - 4 Bottles
- Sugar - 75 gm
- Crushed ice
- Lemon slices and mints for decoration
How to Make Fresh Mint and Ginger Lemonade
Step 1: Put the chopped mint leaves into a bowl.
Step 2: Thinly pare the lemons and simmer the rind for 5 minutes in 2 cups of water.
Step 3: Strain and add the sugar, lemon juice and pour over the mint.
Step 4: Leave for 1 to 2 hours, and then add the ginger-ale or beer.
Step 5: Pour into the bowl over crushed ice.
Step 6: Decorate with lemon slices and mint and serve.
