Ingredients of Chocolate Muffins Recipe
- Plain flour - 1 Cup
- Butter - ¾ Cups
- Condensed milk - ¾ Cups
- Chopped dark chocolate - ¾ Cups
- Baking soda - 1 Teaspoon
- Vanilla essence - 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped almonds and walnuts - ½ Cup
- Paper cups - 8
How to Make Chocolate Muffins
Step 1: in a microwave-safe bowl, put the chocolate pieces and butter with two tablespoon milk for 30 seconds to melt.
Step 2: Add the condensed milk to it and mix thoroughly.
Step 3: Sieve the flour and baking powder and add to it.
Step 4: Mix in vanilla essence and nuts and make a cake batter, adjusting its consistency with the milk.
Step 5: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Fill the cupcakes with this batter. Take care to fill the cupcakes only half, so that they can raise enough.
Step 6: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minute.
