Ingredients of Besan Pakora Recipe
- Besan (chickpea Flour) - 1 Cup
- Corn flour - 1/2 Cup
- Coriander powde - 1 Tablespoon
- Red chili powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Finely chopped green chilies - 1
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoons
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Diced potatoes - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Water as require
- Oil for frying - 4 Cups
How to Make Besan Pakora
Step 1: In a wide bowl, mix the besan, corn flour, coriander powder, and salt.
Step 2: Add water slowly to form a smooth batter.
Step 3: Now, add the green chilies, potato, onion and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Step 4: Heat some oil in a wok over MEDIUM heat.
Step 5: Once the oil is sufficiently heated drop spoonful of batter to the oil and fry them over MEDIUM heat until both sides are golden brown.
Step 6: When pakora is fried drain them and place them on kitchen paper.
Step 7: Enjoy them hot with green chutney and ketchup.
