- Large yellow onion, peeled & cut into slices - 1
- Flour - 1/3 Cup
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Chilli powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs - 2 Cups
- Eggs - 2
- Water - 2 Tablespoons
- Non-stick spray
How to Make Baked Onion Rings
Step 1: Preheat oven to 450° C. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray heavily with nonstick spray.
Step 2: Separate the onion slices into rings and place them in a bowl of water.
Step 3: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and water.
Step 4: In another bowl, combine the flour, chili powder, and salt. Also, take some breadcrumbs on a plate.
Step 5: After all this take an onion ring and toss it in the flour mixture and make sure it coats well. Then dip it in beaten egg and coat all side well. At last, toss the ring in the breadcrumbs to coat.
