- For White Sauce
- Milk - 200 ml
- Refined flour (maida) - 1 ½ Tablespoon
- Butter - 1 ½ Tablespoon
- Grated cheese - 25 gm
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon

Step 1: First of all, clean and wash the fish properly.
